Can I get a gift sent directly to someone else?
Absolutely! Our gift boxes can be sent directly to the person of your choice. Receipts and order confirmations are emailed to you, the sender. We ensure that we don’t send this information with the gift set. When making a purchase there is an option to add a greeting card or add a personal message. Just let us know what message you’ll like to add.
Is the packaging included in the price?
Yes, each of our pre-curated gifts are beautifully packaged in our signature packaging. All gift sets come in a gorgeous box, laid in shredded paper. We have two colours, pink and grey so you can pick whichever colour you prefer. Each box is carefully wrapped and tagged specifically to the occasion.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We aim to process all orders within 3 working days. Standard shipping takes between 3-5 working days. First-class shipping takes between 2-3 working days. We use Royal Mail delivery service. If you need the item urgently please email us at email@example.com and we’ll try our best to help.
What is the cost of delivery?
Standard delivery is £5.99 flat rate or £12.99 for next day delivery. This applies to UK shipping addresses only.
How will I know when my order has been dispatched?
When we receive your order, we will send you a confirmation email followed by a dispatch email. This email will detail shipping information. If you have not received this email please check your junk folder first. For further help please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Can my gift arrive on a specific date?
We know the importance of receiving your order on that special date you want it. If you need it for a certain date please contact us or leave a message in the notes section. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Do you ship orders internationally?

Do you offer custom gift boxes?
Of course! We would be happy to help you create the perfect gift for any occasion. You can start your custom order by adding items that you like from the website including our signature box and we will do all the packaging for you. For any other special requests, contact us at email@example.com

Can I order more than one gift box?
Yes, you can add more than one box to your order. If you would like the boxes sent to different addresses, you’ll need to place these as separate orders.

What’s your returns policy?
We hope that you are very satisfied with purchase. However, if you are unhappy with it, email firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving the item and we will do our best to rectify the situation. Returned gifts must be in an unused condition in their original packaging. Returns must be within 14 days of delivery. If you do wish to return an item it is your responsibility to use a secure postage method. For your own peace of mind, we recommend that you obtain proof of postage or use a signed for service. You will be required to pay the return postage costs. All returned items will be refunded as soon as we receive the returned parcel in the conditions stated above. Refunds will be for the amount of the items at the time of purchase and will not include a refund for the original delivery costs. If you were to cancel your order before it has been dispatched we will refund the cost of the item as well as the original delivery costs.
