If you need your gift delivered to you, or straight to the lucky recipient, we’ve got you covered. Our gift boxes can be sent directly to the person of your choice. Receipts and order confirmations are emailed to you, the sender. We ensure that we don’t send this information with the gift set. Simply choose a delivery option that is convenient for you and leave us to sort out the rest.
For your peace of mind all our parcels are sent using Royal mail or a DHL courier (Premium boxes), which allows you to track your parcel door to door.

Delivery to remote places such as Highlands and Islands of Scotland, the Isle of Man or the Isle of Wight may differ and take up to 7 working days. We will make every effort to ensure
your order is delivered in the shortest time possible. During busy periods such as Christmas,
delivery times may take slightly longer.

We require some details such as name, mobile number and email address for delivery, (we
suggest you provide us with the recipients details if you want the parcel sent directly to
them), this is to allow them manage their delivery options.

Be rest assured they won’t know who sent the gift or what gift has been ordered for them but
they will receive a notification of a delivery on the way.

An email and/or text will be sent with a tracking number, to the details provided once the parcel has been dispatched.

We hope that you are very satisfied with purchase. However, if you are unhappy with it, email within 7 days of receiving the item and we will do our best to rectify the situation.
Returned gifts must be in an unused condition in their original packaging. Returns must be within 14 days of delivery. If you do wish to return an item it is your responsibility to use a secure postage method. For your own peace of mind, we recommend that you obtain proof of postage or use a signed for service. You will be required to pay the return postage costs. All returned items will be refunded as soon as we receive the returned parcel in the conditions stated above. Refunds will be for the amount of the items at the time of purchase and will not include a refund for the original delivery costs. If you were to cancel your order before it has been dispatched we will refund the cost of the item as well as the original delivery costs.
